What we do and how we do it

Creating a larger public event is a complex task that requires careful planning and execution. We are experts at shaping the entirety and ensuring every detail for the best outcome.

With dedicated project managers for each project, we ensure that everything is documented and presented in an educational manner. We drive the process forward with deadlines, creative workshops, and gather input from you to shape the project.

Objectives and purpose

Environmental awareness

We plan for a professionally managed environmental plan through recycling stations, waste reduction, and considering the best options for recyclable materials to be energy-efficient. Our environmental plan is rigorous, and we certify events according to the SUSAS method.

Accessibility

We ensure that the event is accessible and well-signposted for individuals with impaired hearing, vision, and those using wheelchairs.

Collaborations
